Role OverviewThe Treasury Analyst will play a key role in protecting the company's financial health by monitoring daily cash balances, forecasting future funding needs, and establishing relationships with capital partners. The role is part of the Treasury & Finance team at Builders Capital Exchange, the nation's largest private construction lender.
What You Will Do
The Treasury Analyst will provide on-going cash management and capital usage analysis, assist with capital facility management, support loan sales activity, and maintain internal and external treasury and capital partner reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Previous experience in treasury management and/or finance industry
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities
- Strong Excel, data management, and analytical skills
- Experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus
- Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, motivation to learn and master new skills
- Ability to communicate financial concepts to business leaders, both orally and in writing
