Job Description
The Treasury and Investment Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the Investment Portfolio, processing investment activity, and verifying collateral coverage. The role will also involve collecting and booking interest accruals, working closely with the Cash Management Team, and independently verifying accounting information. Additionally, the position will involve special projects/analysis as assigned by the Deputy Director.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • 24 semester credits in accounting, including one course each in advanced accounting and auditing
  • Valid New York State Certified Public Accountant license
  • At least one year of experience as an Accountant - Assignment Level I
  • At least two years of satisfactory full-time professional accounting or auditing experience
