Job Description
The Treasury Management Support Specialist is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational functions of the Treasury Management Department, including customer support, product training, and risk monitoring.
Requirements
Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related field or two years similar or related work experience
Prior experience implementing Treasury Management products and services is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers through many delivery channels
Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other analysis tools
Proficient in electronic banking products / services / devices
Strong attention to detail
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
