Job Description
The Treasury Management Support Specialist is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational functions of the Treasury Management Department, including customer support, product training, and risk monitoring.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related field or two years similar or related work experience
  • Prior experience implementing Treasury Management products and services is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers through many delivery channels
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other analysis tools
  • Proficient in electronic banking products / services / devices
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
