Role OverviewThe Treatment Advocate will observe clients' daily activities and assist in their recovery. They will collaborate with the Treatment team and assist with service coordination as needed for patients. The Treatment Advocate will also operate the company vehicle to transport clients and facility visitors.
What You Will Do
Welcoming new patients, assisting with orientation of programming schedule and rules, conducting patient belongings search, completing safety rounds and security checks, participating in coordination of patient's daily schedule, providing support and encouragement to patients, and ensuring all documentation necessary meets contract, licensure, accreditation, and standards for services in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences preferred. They will have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral healthcare field. The candidate will also have working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems, and the ability to read, write, and interpret written information.
