Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the treatment coordinator role
- Prior experience with insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
- Experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing financial responsibility with patients
- Strong phone skills, including scheduling, inbound/outbound calls, and patient follow-up
- Experience working with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Dental office experience
