Role OverviewWe are seeking a Treatment Counselor who has a passion for making lasting changes in the lives of offenders. The successful candidate will perform various functions, including interviewing and assessing prospective program participants, facilitating individual and group treatment interventions, and maintaining confidentiality of clinical files.
What You Will Do
The Treatment Counselor will facilitate participant engagement in the treatment process, promote positive attitudes and skills, and use therapeutic tools to manage behavioral issues. They will also document and track treatment plans, monitor inmate progress, and review the status of inmates/residents.
