Job Description
We are seeking a Treatment Plant Coordinator 1 to work at Shawnee State Park, assigned to Scioto county. The position involves operating Class 1 wastewater treatment Plant and Class 1 Water Plant, coordinating activities of facilities, and managing safety inspection programs. The ideal candidate will have a Class 1 Wastewater Operator License and Class 1 Water Supply License. Starting hourly pay is $24.86/hr with multiple pay increases over 4.5 years, and an end salary of $30.55/hr.

Requirements

  • Serve as Operator of Record to operate Class 1 wastewater treatment Plant and Class 1 Water Plant
  • Coordinate activities of facilities in the operation & maintenance of wastewater treatment plants
  • Manage process controls by conducting routine sampling & monitoring daily or as required by Ohio EPA
  • Manage sewage plant equipment
  • Oversee safety inspection program of treatment facilities
