Role OverviewThe City of Pearland, TX is seeking a full-time Treatment Plant Operator I - Water Production to lead and improve aspects of the day-to-day operations of our Water Production Division. The successful candidate will be service-oriented and excel in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Performs daily plant checks, identifies and troubleshoots critical treatment processes, practices safe HAZMAT handling protocols, and provides superior customer service during water quality investigations.

Requirements
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to obtain a TCEQ 'D' Water license within 6 months
- Ability to obtain a TCEQ 'C' Groundwater license within 2 years of hire
- Ability to obtain a TCEQ 'C' Surface Water license
