Job Description
The Triage Nurse provides telephonic and clinic-based nursing support for patients with bleeding disorders in an outpatient setting. In the Outpatient Infusion Nurse role, the nurse will specialize in administering IV therapy, including medications, and fluids to patients with bleeding disorders in an outpatient setting. The position emphasizes patient education, care coordination, and accurate, timely documentation in EPIC to ensure safe, seamless, and patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited nursing program with Associate Degree, or BSN
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Wisconsin or reciprocal state
  • CPR for healthcare provider certification
