Role OverviewThe 12th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is seeking an in-house, dedicated and motivated Trial Attorney to prosecute criminal and non-criminal cases in our Otero County office located in Alamogordo, NM.
What You Will Do
Incumbent may handle all levels of crimes, undertake special projects, lead or assist in trial teams, perform non-prosecution duties, and work with law enforcement at crime scenes.

Requirements
- Licensed attorney to practice law in New Mexico
- minimum of four (4) years as a practicing attorney in criminal law or three (3) years as a prosecuting attorney
