Experience in civil litigation, a J.D. or LL.B./LL.M. degree, and active or inactive law practice license are required. E-discovery experience, appellate or trial experience, and case management software familiarity are preferred.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of professional experience in civil litigation at a law firm, government agency, or legal department
  • J.D. (U.S./Canada) or LL.B./LL.M. (U.K.) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in the U.S., Canada, or U.K. (active or inactive)
