Role OverviewThe Bronx County District Attorney's Office is seeking a Trial Preparation Assistant to support Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs) with all aspects of investigations and trial preparation in the Special Victims Division. The role involves preparation and filing of documents, timely retrieval of documents and records, and assisting in preparing hearing/trial exhibits & discovery for trial.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation and filing of documents, timely retrieval of documents and records, and assisting in preparing hearing/trial exhibits & discovery for trial. They will also be required to perform legal research, engage in witness contact and communication, and secure corroborating affidavits.

Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above
- Valid New York State driver's license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience
