Role OverviewThe Troubleshooting Specialist is responsible for maintaining all Musco product in the field, providing frontline support to customers and the Musco Team, and being the technical resource on Musco products. The role involves working with electrical installations and troubleshooting in a commercial or light industrial environment, and requires strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. The Troubleshooting Specialist will work closely with the internal Musco team to maintain the highest quality of customer service and effectively manage product performance related issues.
What You Will Do
The Troubleshooting Specialist will provide courteous and effective frontline telephone support services, identify and report new and ongoing product performance issues, and develop processes to aid in up-front detection and troubleshooting of these issues. They will also work closely with the internal Musco team to maintain the highest quality of customer service and effectively manage product performance related issues.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience working with electrical installations and troubleshooting in a commercial or light industrial environment, and be knowledgeable on technical lingo associated with electronic systems and/or communications. They will also have strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work under deadlines and handle pressure while multi-tasking.
Requirements
- Associates degree in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years' experience working with electrical installations and troubleshooting in a commercial or light industrial environment
- Experience with control systems, project management, and technical support
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code and Standards
