Job Description
Role Overview

The Tru-D Support Specialist provides technical support and implementation services for Tru-D customers. The role involves driving customer's disinfection program success, building relationships with customers, and providing training on Tru-D device operation and software. The position requires frequent travel and may involve overnight stays.

What You Will Do

Provide technical support and implementation services for Tru-D customers, including service of existing devices, repairs, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Provide training to new and existing accounts on Tru-D device operation and software. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Knowledge of Healthcare preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of salesforce.com preferred
