Role OverviewWe have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Class A Team Driver to run a dedicated Over the Road (OTR) route in our North Franklin CT & Brockton, MA hub locations.
What You Will Do
Driving Automatic 53" trailer with reefer, complying with DOT regulations, communicating with Dispatch, inspecting the vehicle, and performing preventative maintenance.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be okay with Team Driving, ability to follow written and/or oral instructions, and basic computer, tablet and/or smartphone skills.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Possess a valid Class A driver's license and a current DOT Medical certification card
- Preferred clean driving record
- One (1+) year driving tractor-trailer experience or will accept CDL students out of school
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Must pass a drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Basic computer, tablet and/or smartphone skills, GPS and familiar with scanning devices
- Problem solve basic logistics issues
