Role OverviewAs a Truck Driver at XPO, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination, providing excellent service to customers, and loading and unloading freight. You will work a flexible schedule, including day, night, and weekend shifts, and be available to work up to 12-14 hours a day. You will be required to lift objects of various shapes and sizes, move and position a converter dolly, and safely climb in and out of a tractor cab and trailer.
What You Will Do
On a typical day, you will safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, provide excellent service to customers, load and unload freight, and operate a forklift. You will also be required to sit for extended periods in a truck tractor and/or on a forklift, walk and stand for extended periods on various surfaces, and reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel.

Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license
- Safe driving record and history
- Currently possess or be willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment
- Pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
- Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
