Role OverviewAs a Truck Driver at XPO, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination, providing excellent service to customers, and loading and unloading freight. You will work a flexible schedule, including day, night, and weekend shifts, and be required to lift objects of various shapes and sizes, move and position a converter dolly, and safely operate heavy equipment.
What You Will Do
On a typical day, you will safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, provide excellent service to customers, load and unload freight, and operate a tractor-trailer combination for up to 11 consecutive hours.

You will be a fit for this role if you have a valid Class A commercial driver's license, a safe driving record and history, and are available to work a flexible schedule. You will also be required to pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license
- Safe driving record and history
- Currently possess or be willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment
- Pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
- Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
