Role OverviewAs a Truck Driver at XPO, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination, providing excellent service to customers, and loading/unloading freight. You will work a flexible schedule, including day, night, and weekend shifts, and be available to work up to 12-14 hours a day.

Your typical day will involve safely operating a tractor-trailer combination, providing excellent service to customers, loading and unloading freight, and safely climbing in/out of a tractor cab/trailer.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid Class A commercial driver's license, a safe driving record, and the ability to lift objects of various shapes and sizes. You will also need to be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license
- Safe driving record and history
- Currently possess or be willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment
- Pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years
- Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
