Truck Driver (F) - Full Time

The Box Truck Driver F Endorsement position ensures the safe and timely delivery of all donated goods, equipment, and other merchandise. This movement is usually between the ADC's, stores and Distribution Center, but may include other locations as needed.

What You Will Do

Conduct pre-trip, and post-trip inspections, report issues immediately. Load/unload merchandise and donations safely using proper techniques and equipment. Ensure secure placement of items to prevent damage or shifting during transport.

Requirements

• Class D Driver’s license with F endorsement with TN driver’s license is required or must be willing to obtain.
• Must pass a DOT physical and maintain a good Motor Vehicle Report.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months professional driving experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of DOT, OSHA, TOSHA, NHTSA regulations and local codes.
• Familiarity with FMCSA rules on safe driving, hours of service, inspections, and equipment maintenance.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to install/remove equipment like tire chains.
• Knowledge of company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities; able to set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills across diverse backgrounds.
• Able to promote teamwork and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Physically capable of pushing/pulling loads over 50 pounds continuously.
• Dependable, conscientious, and safety focused.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and work based on the business needs of the organization
