As an Operations Support employee, you'll play a key role in delivering products and services to our customers while maintaining equipment and facilities. You'll be responsible for delivering and applying fertilizer and chemicals to farms, communicating effectively with customers, and performing vehicle and equipment maintenance.
What You Will Do
Deliver and apply fertilizer and chemicals to farms, communicate with customers, blend fertilizer, calibrate application equipment, perform vehicle and equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements
- Class A CDL required
- HazMat & Tanker endorsements preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- 1+ years of related experience (agriculture or equipment operation preferred)
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (sprayers, semi-trucks, trailers)
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, mobile apps)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
