Role OverviewAs a Truck Service Advisor, you will provide first-rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide. You will be responsible for writing work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions while ensuring that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

You will work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where the expectations of the customer are exceeded. You will have extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide, and strong suggestive selling skills to help generate revenue.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred
- Presents self in a professional manner to customers, management, and coworkers.
- Strong suggestive selling skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions
- A valid driver’s license
