Role OverviewAs a Truck Service Adviser, you will provide first-rate customer service to customers about the products we sell and the services we provide. The TSA is primarily responsible for writing up work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over the counter sells (OTC) transactions while insuring we are returning every traveler to the road safe and better than when they arrived.
What You Will Do
Write, detail and process work orders and OTC transactions; secure purchase orders, prepare and communicate quotes to customers. Provide customers with descriptions of any issues with their vehicle and help them understand what is needed to return them to the road safely.
