Role OverviewAs a Truck Service Advisor, you will provide first-rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide. You will work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where the expectations of the customer are exceeded. You will have strong suggestive selling skills to help generate revenue and write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include writing work orders, suggestive selling, handling OTC transactions, sourcing parts from outside vendors, and preparing and communicating quotes to customers.
