Role OverviewAs a Truck Service Advisor, you will provide first-rate service to customers through your extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide. You will be responsible for writing work orders, suggestive selling, and handling over-the-counter (OTC) transactions while ensuring that customers are returned to the road better than they came.
What You Will Do
You will write, detail, and process work orders and OTC transactions, secure purchase orders, prepare and communicate quotes to customers, source parts from outside vendors, and maintain the safety of both customers and team members.
