Role OverviewTA/LV Petroleum is looking for a Truck Shop Manager who brings a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership, and operational discipline to oversee the full truck service department at our Rogers location.
What You Will Do
Leading daily shop operations, managing technicians and service staff, driving revenue and profitability, maintaining safety and compliance, and customer engagement.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading truck service, diesel repair, or related service center operations
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems
- 3+ years in a supervisory/management role; preferably in truck stop, service bay, or logistics environments
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to train and inspire a diverse team
- Comfort using systems for scheduling, work order management, and parts inventory
- A high school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
