Job Description
Truck Shop Mechanic at Pilgrim's. Maintains diesel and gasoline powered equipment and trucks, performs inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs. Requires CDL, good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities, and physical stamina.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • CDL required or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work quickly
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions and apply common sense
  • Ability to work in cool temperatures
  • Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day
  • Ability to lift 50 bs or more
