6 months of recent Class A Tractor Trailer experience
Local experience count
2 or less moving violations in the past 12 months
No DOT Preventable accidents
2 or less preventable accidents
No felony, misdemeanor, or warrant
No more than 9 jobs in the past 3 years
Clean background (no felonies, misdemeanors, or warrants)
DUI outside of 5 years
Hair Follicle Drug Screening
Pass a Drug Screening
