Job Description
Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe, as a Trust & Safety Agent. You will work collaboratively to identify potential risks, enforce policies, and protect the buyer and seller experience. You will also investigate Trust & Risk cases, communicate with customers, and provide inbound email and chat-based customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Graduating in Dec 2025 or by Summer 2026) in any field or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong communication skills, ability to explain things clearly and compassionately
  • Customer-first attitude and a desire to solve problems with ownership
  • Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
  • Team player mindset with a drive to improve processes
