Job Description
We are seeking a Trusts & Estates Paralegal with at least three years of experience to join a mid-size, regional, full-service firm in Hartford or Stamford. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior attorneys on comprehensive legal services to high-net worth individuals, families, and businesses.

Requirements

  • At least three years of estate administration experience
  • Experience with CT Probate administration and filing, and trust accounting is required
  • Experience with New York Probate Court filing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong proofreading and analytical skills
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Notary Public (or willingness to become a Notary after hire) is a plus
