Job Description
We are seeking a Trusts & Estates Paralegal with at least four years of experience to join our Hartford, Stamford, New Haven, or Litchfield County, CT office. The associate will work closely with senior attorneys on comprehensive legal services to high-net worth individuals, families, and businesses.

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience as a Trusts & Estates paralegal
  • Experience preparing court filings, estate and fiduciary accountings, and tax returns
  • Experience with CT Probate administration and filing, and trust accounting is required
  • Experience with New York Probate Court filing is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Notary public or willing to become one after hire
