Continental is a leading tire manufacturer seeking a TT Process Engineering Manager to coordinate process development and improvement, drive continuous improvement, and lead teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, process improvement, and Six Sigma, with a focus on cost reduction and variance reduction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical area or 10 years related manufacturing experience
  • 5+ years QA or tire engineering experience
  • Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
