Role OverviewAs a Tuber Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate application of tubing material to cable products. Success in this role directly supports production quality, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery within the Jacket Cell, contributing to overall plant performance and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include verifying materials received align with router specifications, setting up machinery, operating equipment, supporting the Lead Press Operator, monitoring product quality, and tracking machine and operator efficiency.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong reading comprehension skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate production machinery
- Ability to operate the lead strip machine
- Ability to use a computer keyboard
- Physical ability to move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required
