Role OverviewJoin our team at Wilderness Cove in Saluda, NC for the summer as a Tubing Staff Member. This is a high-energy, people-facing role that's a great fit for college students who enjoy the outdoors and don't mind getting a little wet. You'll be part of the crew that makes our Green River tubing experience happen, helping guests have a safe, fun, and memorable day from the moment they arrive to the moment they float back in.
What You Will Do
Greet guests and deliver friendly, helpful customer service throughout their visit. Assist guests with tube selection, waiver signing, safety instructions, and gear. Monitor and guide guests through the full tubing flow, and help with daily setup, breakdown, and organization of tubing equipment and facilities.
