Job Description

Tulsa Honor Academy is seeking an Elementary Principal in Training to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to co-design elements of the Elementary school model, recruit and hire a team of mission-aligned teachers and staff, and serve as a recruiter for new scholars. The position is full-time and exempt, with a salary range of $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a teacher and/or school leader
Proven track record of student achievement
Leadership experience in high-performing charter schools
Prior experience in a school serving a similar population to THA's
