Job Description
A Turn Team Member is responsible for assisting with unit trash outs, groundskeeping, maintenance, furniture installation, and helping residents on move-in day during student housing turns.

Requirements

  • Furniture Installation - able to lift 50 pounds or more, operate smaller tools like Allen wrenches
  • Groundskeeping - property beautification, picking up trash, landscaping
  • Housekeeping - sweeping, mopping, wiping down common areas, cleaning offices and bathrooms
  • Move-in Day Assistance - interacting with customers, reporting incidents or complaints
  • Maintenance Assistance - punch lists, minor and major repairs, painting, preventative maintenance projects
