Job Description
Student housing turns typically last 10-21 days, where hundreds of students are moving out of a single community just days before a fresh crop is moving back in. Each day, team members will be assigned a list of areas or units that need attention, including furniture installation, groundskeeping, housekeeping, and maintenance assistance.

Requirements

  • Furniture installation (physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more)
  • Groundskeeping (picking up trash, landscaping, etc.)
  • Housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, cleaning common areas)
  • Maintenance assistance (punch lists, minor repairs, major repairs)
  • Move-in Day Assistance (friendly and respectful interaction with residents)
  • Physical ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to 20 pounds
