Job Description
Performs routine (entry-level) work involving advising and assisting veterans and eligible persons with the Department of Veterans Affairs claims process.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university with major course work in social work, business management, political science or a related field or the experience required when substituting for education on a year-by-year basis.
  • Minimum Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience assisting with documentation to determine basic eligibility for benefits or programs.
  • A valid Texas Driver's License must be provided within 90 days of hire.
