Job Description
The District Coach provides mentorship, training, and technical assistance to staff in the DVOP/CODL classification. The role involves monitoring and mentoring staff in the development of their roles, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in training development, and coordinating with District Manager and Supervisor on staff development and performance.

Requirements

  • Provide staff development in the DVOP/CODL classification
  • Mentor staff in DVOP/CODL functions
  • Develop and present training materials
  • Assess Veteran needs and coordinate Veteran services
  • Organize, monitor, document, and follow-up with case managed clients
