Requirements

• Take food and/or beverage orders and serve the guests promptly
• Provide menus and explain menu items and terms to customers
• Pre-bus and bus tables or assist with side-work
• Check identification for guests attempting to purchase alcohol
• Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for guests
• Practice safe food and beverage handling and clean up at all times
• Perform in group activities, such as the birthday song, when requested
• Obtain and carry a change bank to provide cash services for guests
