Job Description
The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is seeking a County Compliance Specialist to perform complex compliance analysis work in the County Compliance Services Section within the Enforcement Division. The candidate will contact County Tax Assessor-Collector (CTAC) offices to perform compliance reviews and ensure conformity with Department laws, rules, and regulations. The selected candidate will report to the County Compliance Manager and Lead Compliance Specialist and will operate independently, exercising sound judgment to manage personal work objectives and compliance-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, public administration, finance, accounting, statistical analysis, research methodology, criminal justice, criminology, or liberal arts
  • Three (3) years of experience in compliance analysis or monitoring, legal analysis, data analysis, risk assessment or mitigation, or auditing
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams applications
