Job Description
The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is seeking a MVD Attorney and Mediator to perform advanced professional legal work, coordinate mediation programs, and represent the department in hearings related to licensing cases.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Two years of experience working with governmental or Administrative Law
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and a member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
  • Experience in representing regulatory bodies or regulated entities in administrative hearings and trials
  • Experience in mediation between licensed or commercial entities
