About the role, the Cell Therapy Process Development & Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) team is seeking an Associate Scientist to join a growing organization in biotech. This position involves supporting manufacturing process for cell and gene therapy products, working alongside PD Scientists and contributing to process improvement and tech transfer. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external teams and hands-on operational experience in GMP environment.

Requirements

BS degree OR MS degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biology or related field
One to two years of experience in academia or industry
Hands-on experience in cell and gene therapy process development
Proficiency in aseptic handling and cell culture techniques
Experience with cell and gene therapy process development
Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing
