Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-faceted projects that support business process improvements and strategic initiatives across the Faculty Practice Group and broader UCLA Health system.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage complex projects and programs across departments to drive operational efficiency and organizational improvement
  • Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of key outcomes
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, risk assessments, and performance metrics
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across diverse teams, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Apply change management methodologies to support adoption and sustainability of new processes and initiatives
  • Mentor project management team members and promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence
