Job Description
As a UKG System Analyst at UT Southwestern, you will provide system administration and support for the UKG Workforce Management System, working with customers to gather and document business requirements, and collaborating with UKG and technical teams to develop and configure the system. This role involves configuring, testing, and implementing UKG Pro WFM, providing ongoing support, and identifying and resolving issues. The incumbent must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex or be willing to relocate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field.
  • 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.
