The role of Ultrasonic Testing Operator requires inspecting and verifying various components of the vehicle body, conducting ultrasonic testing, and providing expert input to establish and modify testing plans.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years of relevant automotive production experience
  • Associate's Degree in a technical trade (NDT, material sciences, welding technology, industrial technology, etc.) and 2 years relevant automotive production experience
  • Extensive experience with non-destructive structural testing
  • Knowledge of sheet metal processing and data processing
  • Certified Radiographic Interpreter preferred
  • Certified Welding Inspector preferred
  • Previous spot-welding experience preferred
