Job Description
Role Overview

We are looking for a Sonographer/Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating assigned scanner(s) to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes.

What You Will Do

The Sonographer will be responsible for performing routine and advanced Sonography imaging procedures on designated portions of the body, explaining procedures to patients, and maintaining patient records.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a graduate degree from an accredited sonography program, and be a registered American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) sonographer.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) accredited sonography program, or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
  • Registered American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) sonographer, current and in good standing
  • Sonography certification in imaging specialty (AB, BR, ObGyn, etc.)
  • Licensed Sonographer in the appropriate state (if applicable)
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
