Role OverviewWe are seeking Unarmed Level 1 Flex Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. The Security Officer position helps preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

The Security Officer will provide customer service, respond to incidents, conduct regular and random patrols, and work in a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive workplace.

Requirements
- Must be actively licensed in NM as a Level 1 Unarmed Security Guard
- Must have at least 1 year of experience
- Must be able to stand and walk foot patrol for entire shift
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and a drug screen
