Job Description
As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe and secure environment within a government, corporate, retail, or commercial setting. This role requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Conduct routine and random security patrols on foot or by vehicle, as assigned
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
  • Control entry and exit points and verify authorized access
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies; notify law enforcement or emergency services as required
  • Prepare detailed written reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and orderly post area at all times
  • Provide customer service and engage with individuals to provide assistance, information, or direction
  • Assist with guest services such as directions, transportation guidance, and area attractions
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate
