Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, public administration or related field.
  • At least ten (10) years of progressively broader experience in contracting processes and the procurement of goods and services, preferably within a large, urban school district or other governmental organization.
  • Five (5) or more years of direct management of a major procurement operation is essential.
