Job Description
The Undercarriage Customer Support Representative is responsible for measuring, reporting, and tracking the undercarriage of steel tracked heavy equipment. The role involves contact with customers, site visits, and use of CTS to track undercarriage components.

Requirements

  • Contact customers to arrange for measurement
  • Visit customer site and follow all safety guidelines
  • Secure machine to complete undercarriage
  • Measure all components
  • Load measurements into CTS Pro
  • Inform customer of undercarriage status
  • Report findings to appropriate PSSR
